Just off the Bon Accord Estate Road, Lagoona Villa is a feature-rich secluded vacation lodging. Situated within 43,560 sq. ft of green land surrounded by tropical trees, it genuinely feels like you have the world to yourself.
● The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open concept living – dining – kitchen. Ideal for 8-12 people so you can bring the whole family.
● The spacious rooms have large windows, are well lit, and come equipped with air-conditioning. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, with a massive countertop for big or small meals.
● The attached terrace comes with a swimming pool and faces the massive plot of land. Guests are encouraged to use the space for barbeques, picnics and other fun activities. There’s a 1 car garage accessible for the guests for their entire stay.
The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the reservation deposit.
If the booking is cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to arrival, any balance paid (excluding the non-refundable reservation deposit) will be refunded.
If cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
A refundable Security / Damage Deposit of TT$2,000 is payable together with the final balance. This deposit may also be applied toward penalties for rule violations, including but not limited to: unauthorized guests, parties/events, smoking inside, excessive cleaning, unpaid balances, or noise/nuisance complaints.
The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after checkout, less any deductions for loss, damage, rule breaches or unpaid charges.
Guest liability is not limited to the Security Deposit; Guests remain responsible for the full cost of any loss or damage.
